Tuition and Financial Aid

Discounts:
Multiple Child Discounts - WCS offers a multiple child discount, calculated on the total tuition for the specified student. Pre-Kindergarten and Jr. Kindergarten students are not eligible to receive multiple child discounts:

Pastoral Discounts - Children of ordained clergy members qualify for a pastoral tuition discount of 30%. Please consult with office personnel regarding this discount.
Eighth Grade Loyalty Program - This loyalty discount is still in place for 2011-2012, which provides free or discounted eighth grade tuition based on the number of consecutive school years your child has been enrolled at WCS. More information is available in the office by request.
The annual, non-refundable registration fee is paid to help defray the costs of ordered consumable materials, educational supplies, and the processing of enrollment paperwork. The following registration schedule will be followed:

Please Note: In order for your registration to be processed, the following MUST be submitted by the dates outlined (incomplete registrations will not be processed): 1) Application 2) EMA 3) Non refundable registration fee 4) Tuition arrangements and necessary paperwork 5) Immunization form. Kindergarten and PreK students may complete their immunizations and physicals in the summer and provide an updated copy to the school office prior to the start of school.
Technology/Art/Science Fee:
A non-refundable fee of $95 per student per year in grades 1 through 8 will be assessed for materials and curriculum that supplement our students' education. The fee will help cover some of the costs of our technology curriculum, a growing variety of art materials for student consumption, and hands-on materials to enable lab work in science classes.
Tuition Payment Plans:
There are three options for paying tuition:
1. Full Tuition Payment - Payment is made directly to the school by August 17, 2011.
2. FACTS Payment Plan Option -
- New Families: If you wish to make payments, you will need to use FACTS. To enroll, use the eCashier link below. Options of 2-10 payments are available with a one time enrollment fee, which varies depending on the number of payments. All payments are made through automatic withdrawals from a checking or savings account. The payment plan arrangements are part of the application process and must be completed, along with application and registration fee, before the student will be registered.
- Re-enrolling Families: RE-enrollment in the FACTS program is electronic. Please sign and return the form in your re-enrollment packet. Any changes must be communicated to the school office. This is part of the re-enrollment process and must be completed, along with the application and registration fee, before the student will be registered.
Financial Aid: Please Note: Financial aid is available for students who attend 5 days per week (Jr. K. - 8th Grade)
Financial aid awards are based on an independent assessment by FACTS Management Company and Wooster Christian School administration. All financial aid applications for the new school year should be submitted by May 1, 2011. Applications must be submitted online at http://www.factstuitionaid.com/, and a $25 fee will be assessed by FACTS. Any financial application filed after May 1 will be considered only if scholarship funds remain.
