Tuesday of every month at 7pm.

Public attendance is welcomed and encouraged at all meetings with the exception of executive meetings.

FUNCTION
The Wooster Christian School Board exists under the authority of the Wooster Grace Brethren Church Official Board. Its purpose is to establish policies that give direction for the administration of the school, to approve personnel as needed for the efficient operation of the school and to oversee its financial affairs.

MEMBERSHIP

The WCS Board shall consist of nine (9) voting members. The Pastor and/ or Moderator and the WCS Business Manager will be ex-officio member(s) in additon to the nine voting members.

(Rev. 7/03) All WCS board members shall be active members in good standing of a Bible teaching church and shall exemplify the qualities found in I Timothy 3:8 - 13. At least six (6) members, including the Board President and Vice President, shall be members of the Wooster Grace Brethren Church. Discretion will be exercised in appointing direct relatives of school faculty or staff to the WCS Board.

MEETINGS
The WCS Board meet once a month on the second Thursday. Public attendance is welcomed and encouraged at all meetings with the exception of executive meetings. Guests may participate in the discussion of items on the agenda as they are addressed by the Board. Matters brought before the WCS Board, not on the current agenda, must be held until all items on said agenda have been addressed.
