Mrs. Sally Kitchen

Mrs. Sally Kitchen is beginning her first year at WCS as the L.D. Tutor.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Hearing Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University. 

Mrs. Kitchen has worked in public schools for 5 years with over 90 students per year.  Since then she has done private speech therapy for a few years.  She also did the Speech and Hearing Screening for WCS while two of her children attended grades K through 6.  She has served as PTF vice president and on many committees for WCS while her children attended here. 

Mrs. Kitchen is a member of Parkview Church of Christ, where she has led many ladies' Bible studies, directed several dramas, and served on the Women's Ministry Team.  She has also done Christian speaking for various women's functions, and she was a leader in Bible Study Fellowship for over 4 years.  Mrs. Kitchen presently co-chairs a ladies' Christian quilt group at her church, called PCC Quilters ETC...and she works at Thymbles, a local quilt shop.

She is a native of Middletown, Ohio, but has called Wooster home for 22 years.  She has been married for 29 years to Steve Kitchen, who is Executive Vice President at National City Bank.  They have three children:  two sons, ages 22 and 25, and a daughter who just turned 19 years old.
