Mrs. Karen Scully

Mrs. Karen Scully has been at WCS for 9 years.  She has a B.A. in Special Education from the University of Akron.  Mrs. Scully's other teaching experiences include:  2 years at SBH Unit in Strongsville (7th - 9th grade) and 2 years Tutoring in the Springfield City Schools. 

She is a native of Wooster and attends Grace Brethren Church with her husband Tom.  She has 3 children; Steven (20), Bobby (19), and Sarah Jane (17).  Mrs. Scully's favorite subject to teach is Language.  "I love watching the kids learn to read!"

Mrs. Scully's Kindergarten Class

   

During our social studies lessons, we have covered the concept of continents, countries and states.  We studied the United States and have recently begun to expand our horizons to include countries from around the world. So far, we have learned about Mexico and Peru.  We are currently studying England. After that, we'll be moving on to The Netherlands.
