2008 - 2009 MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNTS
The following discount will be calculated on the total tuition that is due:
Two children enrolled: 4% discount
Three children enrolled: 14% discount
Four or more children enrolled: 24% discount
NOTE: Pastors may qualify for a pastoral discount of 30%. Consult with school office personnel concerning this discount.
REGISTRATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE)
An annual non-refundable registration fee is paid to help defray costs of consumable textbooks/workbooks, educational supplies,
and processing of enrollment paperwork. The following registration schedule will be followed:

NEW STUDENTS
TECHNOLOGY FEE
Wooster Christian School is excited to participate in a technology partnership with the University of Richmond and Boston University beginning this 2008 - 2009 school year. A non-refundable technology fee of $70.00 per student per year in grades 1-8 will be assessed and is payable according to one of the following plans:
**FULL payment is due one week before the first day of school.
**FACTS Management Company may incorporate this fee into semester / monthly tuition payment plans.
TUITION PAYMENT PLANS
There are THREE (3) payment options:
1. FULL TUITION PAYMENT
Payment will be made directly to the school one week before the first day of school. NO automatic withdrawals from a
checking or savings account are made.
2. FACTS SEMESTER PAYMENTS
These payments are due in August and January, payable on either the 5th or the 20th of each month.
The FACTS enrollment fee for this option is $15.00. Insurance is available for an additional cost. Payments are
made through automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account. Application for this plan must be received
no later than May 1, 2008.
3. FACTS MONTHLY PAYMENTS
A maximum of ten monthly installment payments may be selected, payable on the 5th or 20th of each month. The
FACTS enrollment fee for this plan is $38.00. Insurance is available at an additional cost. The first payment is due in
July. Payments are made through automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account. Application for this plan
must be received no later than May 1, 2008.
FINANCIAL AID
Financial aid awards are based upon an independent assessment by the FACTS Management Company and Wooster Christian School
administration. All financial aid applications for the new school year must be submitted no later than May 1, 2008. The completed application and a $20.00 fee should be mailed directly to FACTS or submitted online at www.factstuitionaid.com. Any financial application filed after May 1, 2008 will be considered only if scholarship funds remain.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
* If a student withdraws early during the school year, full tuition shall be paid for all weeks of the student's enrollment
including the week in which the withdrawal is made. An early withdrawal fee of 5% of the tuition charge (omitting
discounts) will be applied after the first week of school.
* Wooster Christian School reserves the right to withhold a transferring student's transcripts, grade cards or any other record
until all required financial obligations are met.
* Wooster Christian School reserves the right to dismiss any student who does not respect the spiritual standards of the
school or who does not cooperate in the educational process.
