Open House for Pre-Kindergarten, Junior Kindergarten, and Kindergarten - February 27, 2024
Sign up to attend our Open House, which is the earliest opportunity for new students to receive a 2024-2025 Enrollment Packet. Visit the classrooms and meet our teachers and staff. Many families come prepared to fill out enrollment forms and submit the registration fee ($80 for Pre-K or Junior K, $130 for K-12). Be sure to sign up for a time slot (one per family) in advance.
Tour - We encourage all prospective families to come for a visit of our facility as part of the enrollment process. (Those who attend Open House do not need to come for a separate tour). Visits typically consist of a tour of the school, time spent in the classroom, and an opportunity to meet and ask questions of our teachers. Longer, independent visits for older students are also an option.
2024-2025 School Year - Please use the scheduling tools below to schedule your visit. Be sure to schedule your tour at the correct campus. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour after scheduling, please use the link in your confirmation email rather than calling the school office.
Please note that inquiring about enrollment or scheduling a tour does not hold a place for your child in any of our programs. Only after submitting an application packet, paying registration fees, and receiving written confirmation of acceptance should you consider your child enrolled at WCS.
